The company is primarily engaged in the operation and management of fair and amusement park. It operates Terra Mitica, Europe's second largest theme park, and the biggest thematic park in the Mediterranean that is full of incredible rides and shows. The company was incorporated in January 1998. Its registered office address is located in Benidorm, Spain. Terra Mitica covers a large land area (247 acres) and is divided into five areas, inspired by the five civilisations of the Mediterranean: Egypt, Greece, Rome, Iberia and the Islands. A stroll through the port of Alexandria in the era of Cleopatra and a visit to the Olympic Games are some of the options that the different thematic areas offer. Its spectacular attractions include The Rescue of Ulysses or the gigantic roller coaster Magnus Colossus. It also provides more than 20 live shows with some 300 actors and specialists to entertain the public. The park has 29 attractions, 16 restaurants and bars, 10 retail stores, and a parking area for more than 5,000 cars and facilities for support services. There is a scaled version of the Coliseum and attractions such as Europe's tallest free fall ride, as well as virtual reality effects and high tech robots.
